We're celebrating our 25th anniversary this year, and we'd love for you to help us celebrate! Check out various local events below to find opportunities to join an event and get involved in growing the movement to end hunger. It starts with a meal, and it starts with you.
Three-Day Community Celebration Event in Raleigh, North Carolina
Details: As Rise Against Hunger celebrates 25 years of impact on last-mile communities across the globe, we look to accelerate our efforts and mission in growing the movement to end hunger.
This three-day 25th-anniversary celebration will culminate Friday, November 17 through Sunday, November 19, before Thanksgiving in the original Rise Against Hunger Raleigh warehouse with a 250,000-meal community event. For all Saturday, November 18 shifts, there will be a post-shift, family-friendly celebration at Compass Rose, just around the corner. Please note registration to volunteer at this event will open in September. We can’t wait to see you at this impactful event!

Rise Against Hunger Chicago Community Event
Details: You have been invited to join a meal packaging experience with Rise Against Hunger Chicago in the movement to end hunger. This multifaceted community event will feature our hands-on meal packaging experience with the goal of collaborating with as many individuals, corporate and community partners as possible to reach 25,000 meals. It will be a time of service and celebration with music, food, family engagement activities, notable speakers, and more!

Rise Against Hunger Los Angeles Community Event
Details: You’re invited! Join Rise Against Hunger Los Angeles for a community event in the fight against hunger. This fun-filled event will feature our hands-on meal packaging experience to collaborate with as many individuals, corporate and community partners as possible to reach 25,000 meals. Your support alongside our community of Hunger Champions will help people facing food insecurity in remote, last-mile communities across the globe. We hope to see you there!

Family Nights at Rise Against Hunger’s Orlando Location
Details: Your family is invited to join us for our monthly volunteer night at our Orlando location! At our warehouse, you’ll have the opportunity to assist with the behind-the-scenes work that goes into running a successful meal packaging and community engagement program.
